Students may change or cancel appointments by telephone without penalty as late as 36 hours before an appointment. Weekend and Holiday Monday appointments must be changed or cancelled by 5pm on Friday.
For the exceptionally busy times of two weeks before a PSAT or SAT test date, appointments are made on a theatre-ticket non-cancelable basis. Review appointments for those two weeks must be prepaid and are non-cancelable.
Appointments not attended, or not changed appropriately in advance will be dropped from the course, and will void the performance guarantee.
