The Fine Print
Just a fast word about homework, missed appointments and our performance guarantee:
1. You need complete both a full past test and the assigned vocabulary between each meeting with us. Failure to complete homework will result in the sending of a notification card to your parents.

2. You are welcome to change appointments by telephone, and we will mail a confirmation card for a new appointment time and date; BUT you need to cancel or change appointments AT LEAST 36 HOURS IN ADVANCE. WEEKEND AND HOLIDAY MONDAY APPOINTMENTS MUST BE CANCELLED BY 5PM ON THE PRECEDING FRIDAY EVENING. We are unable to reach either students or instructors at the last minute to change schedules, and our instructors are both committed to these appointments and are paid for them.
Appointments not attended and not cancelled at least 36 hours in advance will be dropped from the course.
3. You also need to complete the entire course before the test date for which you are preparing. We will not guarantee performance if you save hours for a later test date several months later.
