SCHEDULING
After an initial appointment has been made by telephone, parents will receive an e-mail letter of confirmation.
Successive appointments are made one-at-a-time with the individual instructor at the end of each appointment. A new appointment card is stapled to the cover of a student’s book with the date and time of the next appointment, along with a telephone number in case a change of appointment becomes necessary. Appointments do not have to conform to any particular time of day or day of week. We are accustomed to working around busy schedules. Our instructors typically schedule students in the following time increments. * Charlotte Test Prep will travel beyond our current service area for a fee of $25.00 per trip or appointment. * Charlotte Test Prep will guarantee a reoccuring appointment date and time for a one time fee of $100. (Any appointment time that is approved for a specific date and time is not able to be cancelled or rescheduled with out prior approval from the Director) |
